Stock items will be delivered approximately 3-4 days from placement of your order. Personalised products we try to deliver within 10 working days but this might not be possible during busy periods. We will inform you by email when your item has been shipped, so you can make arrangements for someone to be available to sign for the delivery.
All parcels will be delivered by TNT Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm (except for bank holidays) and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel. We recommend that parcels are delivered to a works address where it will be more likely someone will be available to sign. In the event no one is available to sign, TNT will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange collection or a more convenient date for redelivery. If goods are delivered using our courier, we cannot be held responsible for goods delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
We can not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised products.
You can return a product for exchange or refund up to 14 days after it has been dispatched. Refunds will be less shipping costs. Please email or phone before you return your parcel.
If you wish to return an item, we recommend you use a signed for, insured delivery service. We are not responsible for the shipping costs on returns.
Please ensure your item is well packed as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
